The controller of the data collected on this website is João Correia (DJ João Correia), based in Marco de Canaveses, Portugal. For any question about your data you can reach me at +351 918 416 890 or through the contact form on this site.

When you submit the contact form (or send a WhatsApp message), I only collect the data you choose to share: name, phone number, email, wedding or event date and venue, and your message.

This data is used exclusively to reply to your availability request and, if we move forward, to prepare and deliver the service. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (GDPR, art. 6(1)(b)).

Requests are kept only for as long as needed to reply and follow up the conversation. If you book, the data is kept for the duration of the contract and any applicable legal retention periods (for example, invoicing).

Your data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes. To deliver form messages I use an email delivery provider (Resend). If you contact me via WhatsApp, the conditions of that platform also apply.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 for usage statistics and, only with your consent, the Meta Pixel for marketing purposes. You can refuse or withdraw marketing consent at any time in the site’s consent notice.

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data at any time, and object to its processing, by contacting me through the means above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
